Can I find out what has happened to the device I sent ?

If you keep the IMEI number(*) of your device, you will be able to find out via our tracking service where it has found a new owner. In this way, you can be sure that it has been resold within the European Union, as aSmartWorld is committed to doing. Please note there may be a delay of several weeks between the time the smartphone is collected and its re-sale.

(*) The IMEI number of your device is a unique identifying code composed of 15-17 figures. This enables it to be identified. You can find your IMEI number by typing *#06# in your call menu or by searching for the information about your phone in its ‘settings’. This code is also shown on the back of some smartphones such as Samsung phones.
