What must I do to my device before sending it ?
Before sending us your device, it is essential that you disconnect from any accounts you may have (iCloud, Google, Samsung), delete any locking codes, and deactivate the option “find my iPhone” if you are on an Apple device.
If this is not done, aSmartWorld will not be able to recondition your device.
You should also consider backing up your personal data on another device.
